If your machine is ordering from the website www.easunpower.com and have problem, please do as below: 

When you receive the package, please confirm in front of the courier that the machine is not damaged and then confirm whether to sign for it If the box is damaged, please make a claim with the local logistics and report the following problems to us as soon as possible

1. Picture of damaged outer box

2. Pictures of damaged machines

3. The SN label on the side of the machine

Please down load the Problem submission Form.

Add the pictures and video to Excel from, then send to avy@easunpower.com
